Sonny mentioned he wanted to share his son’ s work so parents along with children on the spectrum could discover what their children might be feeling plus Benjamin could see that his analysis does not define him.
“I also wanted to show Benjamin that he is not, odd, alone, or even isolated and that his diagnosis is certainly something to embrace and not some thing to hold him back, ” Sonny said.
The very pleased dad said his son continues to be “overwhelmed by all the positive reaction, ” especially when his poem have got to 1, 000 likes. Alluding towards the line in Benjamin’s poem, “I try to fit in, ” Sonny stated the feedback has shown his kid that he belongs.
“Each like, share and comment he is received since has made him think that not only he does fit in plus belong in this world, but has also shifted him beyond words that he is touched so many. ”
